This past weekend, the energy was electric as athletes from across the region descended on Sharjah for one of the biggest fitness events of the season; HYROX Sharjah. Known for its unique combination of endurance and strength, HYROX pushes both mental and physical limits, attracting competitors of all levels.
Among the crowd were several standout athletes from The Lab Studios, who showed up ready to race, represent, and rise to the challenge. From the opening run to the final wall balls, every rep reflected the discipline and determination built through consistent training at The Lab.
A special shout out goes to Azza and Joceline, who dominated the Women’s Doubles category, securing an impressive podium finish with 2nd place. Their performance was a true testament to teamwork, tenacity, and the power of preparation.
