STUDIOS & WORKOUTS

What is THE LAB?

A unique fitness hub offering 3 different concepts all under 1 roof: Strength & Conditioning, Indoor Cycling and HIIT. Each concept has their own designated studio equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. All classes are group fitness led by an instructor.

What classes do you offer?

We have 3 studios that offer 3 different fitness concepts:

Strength Lab - Strength, Conditioning and Strength & Conditioning.

  • Strength classes are designed to build muscular strength & endurance, focusing on heavier lifts and movements using a combination of barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.

  • Conditioning classes are designed to build cardiovascular strength and endurance, focusing on aerobic exercises pushing higher heart rates using rowers, skis and bikes combined with weighted movements and exercises.

  • Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to build muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance using compound strength movements and a variety of conditioning machines.

Sycle Lab - Sycle, Power and Endurance.

  • Sycle classes are designed to challenge your coordination, balance and core strength with a focus on rhythm and choreography.

  • Power classes are designed to challenge your muscular and cardiovascular strength with a focus on heavier resistance and less choreography.

  • Endurance classes are designed to push your endurance to the max, whether you're doing Sycle or Power. These classes are 15 minutes longer than standard classes with a focus on building stamina and pushing limits.

Sweat Lab - High intensity interval training.

  • HIIT classes are designed to push your heart to max cardio levels and bring you close to muscular failure in short, sharp bursts. You will focus on cardio on the treadmills and strength on the benches. Each day of the week has a different muscle group focus.

How long are classes?

Each of our concepts have different class durations.

Strength Lab = 60 mins

Sycle Lab = 45/60 mins
