UAE DELIVERY

Free shipping across the UAE.

Orders are typically delivered within 1 working day from dispatch.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive your delivery details so you can track your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays or circumstances outside of our control.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Never run out of your daily hydration.

Our subscription option makes it easy to keep your favourite LAB products stocked while giving you the flexibility to manage your deliveries.

MINIMUM 3-MONTH COMMITMENT

All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 months.

After completing your first 3 months, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed.

PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Need a break?

You can pause your subscription and resume it when you're ready.

SWITCH YOUR PRODUCT

Want to change things up?

You can replace your current subscription product with another eligible LAB product, subject to availability and any applicable price difference.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You’re in control.

Simply log in to your account and visit your Profile Dashboard to manage your subscription.

From there, you can:

  • View your active subscription

  • Pause your subscription

  • Resume your subscription

  • Switch your subscription product

  • Manage upcoming orders

  • Cancel your subscription after completing the minimum 3-month commitment

Can I change the product I'm subscribed to?
Yes. You can switch to another eligible LAB product, subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
