To mark Men's Mental Health Month, The Lab Studios in Studio City opened its doors for a complimentary community workshop in partnership with Useful Men.

The aim was simple: create a space where movement could spark conversation, and where looking after your mental wellbeing was valued just as much as looking after your physical health.

Because strength isn't just built in the gym.

Train. Breathe. Talk.

The evening began with a complimentary STRENGTH session, bringing the community together to train with purpose.

Following the workout, attendees took part in a guided breathwork session before sitting down for an open discussion led by Chris Harrison of Useful Men. The conversation encouraged men to share experiences, reflect, and connect in an environment built on support and respect.

It was a reminder that sometimes the most important part of training starts after the workout ends.

More Than Fitness

Co-Founder Chris Vahanian commented "At The Lab, community has always been about more than classes.

It's about creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and connected - both inside and outside the studio.

Partnering with Useful Men for Men's Mental Health Month was an opportunity to give back to the community and help create meaningful conversations around a topic that deserves greater attention."
