What is HYROX?
HYROX is the ultimate fitness race. It's a global event that tests your endurance, strength, and grit. Combining running and functional fitness, it’s designed to push you out of your comfort zone and into beast mode. If you’ve never tried it, expect eight killer workout stations paired with 1km runs in between. It’s intense, but that’s what makes it so rewarding.

When and Where?
Our HYROX sessions kick off Wednesday 15th Jan and will run weekly in the lead-up to the Sharjah race. Whether you’re training solo, in pairs, or in a team, we’ve got you covered with formats that mimic real race conditions.
