STRENGTH LAB - Strength, Conditioning and Strength & Conditioning.

STRENGTH classes are designed to build muscular strength & endurance, focusing on heavier lifts and movements using a combination of barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.

CONDITIONING classes are designed to build cardiovascular strength and endurance, focusing on aerobic exercises pushing higher heart rates using rowers, skis and bikes combined with weighted movements and exercises.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING classes are designed to build muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance using compound strength movements and a variety of conditioning machines.
SYCLE LAB - SYCLE, POWER, SYCLE+

SYCLE classes are designed to challenge your coordination, balance and core strength with a focus on rhythm and choreography.

POWER classes are designed to challenge your muscular and cardiovascular strength with a focus on heavier resistance and less choreography.

SYCLE+ classes are 15 minutes longer than standard SYCLE classes.
